Abstract
|
|
|
A case of bilateral adult type of polycystic liver in 3 year-old ma´.e, who expired due to uremia, is presented. He had abdominal distention after newborn, and was followed by frequent respiratory infections or urinary tract infections.
On the last adminission, he had uremia and expired 2 months after the onset of uremia. The diagnosis was confirmed by autopsy.
